When You Need Encouragement
Lord, I thank you for the children you have given me. I thank you for the privilege of allowing me to be their mother. But Lord, I’m tired. I’m worn down. Please give me the strength to get through this day. I remind myself of the promise you have made me that if I cast my burdens on you, you will give me strength. I also hold fast to the promise in Psalm 30:5 that JOY will come in the morning. Thank you, Lord, for Your grace and mercy. Amen. Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you ~1 Peter 5:7
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.~Psalm 30:5



When You Doubt Your Abilities
Lord, I thank you for my children. I thank you for allowing me to be their mother. But Lord, I feel like a failure. Please, guide my hand as I go along on this journey. Give me spiritual wisdom and understanding.  Help me to know what the right decisions are for our family. Thank You Lord for your grace and mercy, Amen. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6
