Chika graduated from the University of
Ife four years ago and she was yet to get a job. She came out with a first
degree in business administration which was the course her father read before
he died. She decided to follow in her father footstep. At the age of 19 she had
graduated. As time went on, she realized she had quite a passion for acting.
All her mind, body and soul were into it but there wasn't an opportunity for
her to display what she loved doing.
Few months later she got a job as a clerk
in an office she resumed 7:00am and closed 8:00pm she had no other choice but
to diligently do the job required by her boss.
Chika prayed day and night for opportunities to come her way. She
checked on the internet everyday to know if any Acting reality TV show was
coming up but to no avail.
She worked as a clerk for four good years. On one of her usual job
routine attending to one of her customers she jokingly mentioned acting.
Another customer who was waiting for his turn overhead her and walked up to her
he introduced himself giving Chika his complimentary card and invited her for
an audition.
Chika was so excited and at the
audition everyone there was really blown away by her performance. Barely 2
weeks later, she got a contract to act with top actors and actresses. Her dream
had indeed come to pass.
